• Costume: Participants must arrange their own costumes

• Judgement Criteria: Expression, costume, theme relevance, and overall performance

Our school is proud to celebrate Mental Health Week from 4th to 10th October 2025, in alignment with World Mental Health Day on 10th October. Let’s come together to promote awareness, kindness, and emotional well-being.

📅 Activity Schedule

4th October (Saturday):
🔹 Inaugural & Introduction to Mental Health Week

6th October (Monday):
🔹 Gratitude Wall – Each student will write one self-moment of gratitude on a small piece of paper and paste it on the Gratitude Wall.
Students may prepare it at home and bring it to school. One student from each class will paste their note daily.

9th October (Thursday):
🔹 Poster & Slogan Activity on Mental Health – Students will prepare posters or slogans at home and display them on the class notice board.
These can later be added to their portfolios.

10th October (Friday):
🔹 Special Assembly – Speech, Poem, and Act Presentation on World Mental Health Day.

🥗 Healthy Lunch Days:
Throughout the week, students are encouraged to bring only healthy lunches to promote physical and mental wellness.

13th October (Monday):
🧘 Yoga Session – Students joining the assembly in the ground should bring their yoga mats.
